The battery box...

Relocating the battery to the back of the car was a must ballast move.

The World's Fastest Clown's wife, Rhonnie, learned to weld in 15 minutes and proceeded to make the battery box. Everybody on the team learned a lot and did things they thought they never would! The box was then welded/bolted under the trunk as far back as possible. Yes we recycle, and yes that is a Mini that will soon be fully restored with a turbo 1275 engine. (Mini turbo completed 9/2002, 125hp...)
