CACY is proud to bring to Richland County,
The
World’s Fastest Clown and his Worldwide Be
Tobacco Free! Cartoon Contest exhibit
and magic
shows. Richland County residents can now show
and display their creative tobacco free message
with our countywide contest!
We are looking for the best anti-smoking cartoons
in age categories from second graders to adults.
There are prizes for each category and one overall
grand prize awarded. Along with the great prizes,
the top finishing cartoons will be published in a
specially produced book.
